With our latest release, we're introducing two Actions.

Lead Capture

When a visitor expresses buying intent (for example, asking for pricing, requesting a demo, or wanting someone to contact them) your AI agent can present an inline lead capture form directly in the conversation. This helps turn your website's AI into a lead generation machine.

Collected leads are available in the new Leads screen within CrafterQ and can also be delivered to your existing CRM, marketing automation platform, or other business systems using webhooks.

Rather than interrupting every visitor with the same popup, the AI determines when collecting contact information makes sense.

Escalate to Human

When a visitor requests assistance from a person, or when the AI determines that human support is the best next step, it can present a human escalation form directly in the chat.

Your team receives an email or webhook notification, along with a link to the conversation transcript, making it easy to continue helping the customer with full context.
