CRAFTERQ ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the CrafterQ platform and services (“Service”) provided by Crafter Software Corporation (“CrafterQ”).
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the CrafterQ Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
CrafterQ is an AI agent platform designed to deliver trusted, data-grounded conversational experiences. This AUP exists to:
- Protect the integrity and security of the Service
- Prevent misuse, abuse, or harm
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws
2. General Use Requirements
You may use the Service only:
- For lawful purposes
- In accordance with the Terms of Service
- In compliance with this AUP and all applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and by your authorized users.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
3.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Facilitate fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Exploit or harm minors in any way
3.2 AI Misuse & Abuse
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat guardrails, safety controls, or retrieval boundaries
- Perform prompt-injection attacks or similar techniques intended to extract system instructions, internal logic, or non-authorized data
- Probe, test, or manipulate the Service to cause hallucinated, misleading, or unsafe outputs
- Use the Service in ways that misrepresent AI outputs as human-generated, where disclosure is required by law
3.3 Security & Platform Integrity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models
- Perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or benchmarking without CrafterQ’s prior written consent
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
3.4 Data & Privacy Violations
- Upload or process content without having the legal right to do so
- Upload personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws
- Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data unlawfully
3.5 Competitive & Commercial Misuse
- Use the Service to build, train, or improve competing AI products or services
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by CrafterQ
4. Crawling & External Content
If you configure the Service to crawl websites or external sources, you represent that:
- You have the right to access and index such content
- You comply with applicable terms of service, robots.txt, and usage restrictions
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of crawled content
CrafterQ is not responsible for content sourced or indexed at your direction.
5. Enforcement
CrafterQ may:
- Monitor usage to enforce this AUP
- Suspend or terminate access for violations
- Remove or restrict content that violates this AUP or applicable law
Where reasonable, CrafterQ may provide notice and an opportunity to cure, but immediate suspension may occur in cases of security risk, legal exposure, or abuse.
6. Updates to This Policy
CrafterQ may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or website.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
