Using CrafterQ

The Using CrafterQ section explains how to manage, monitor, and optimize your AI agents once your account and workspace are set up. This is where you’ll learn how to navigate the CrafterQ platform day-to-day — tracking usage, configuring agents, analyzing conversations, and managing your team.

CrafterQ is designed for simplicity and power: an intuitive interface that allows anyone, from technical teams to business users, to create intelligent, data-driven conversational experiences.

The following pages guide you through the key areas of the CrafterQ application: the Dashboard, the AI Agents workspace, and User Management.

Overview of the CrafterQ Admin UI

When you log into CrafterQ, you’ll land in the main admin UI — a unified environment that brings together all of your organization’s AI assets.

From here you can:

  • View high-level statistics and usage metrics

  • Create, train, and deploy AI agents

  • Monitor live activity and chat analytics

  • Manage team members and roles

Each of these capabilities is covered in detail in the subsections that follow.

1. Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a real-time view of your CrafterQ environment. It summarizes your plan usage (agents, sources, storage, credits) and displays chat metrics such as total messages, feedback ratings, and geographic distribution. Interactive charts and maps help you visualize where and how users are engaging with your agents.

Use the Dashboard to:

  • Monitor your organization’s consumption against plan limits

  • Track chat activity trends over time

  • Identify where your AI agents are most active around the world

For more details, see Dashboard.

2. AI Agents

The AI Agents workspace is where you design, configure, and deploy your intelligent assistants. Each agent has its own set of screens for setup, testing, and management — including Usage, Chat Logs, Settings, Sources, Playground, and Embed & Share.

This is the heart of CrafterQ, where your ideas become interactive AI-powered experiences.

From the AI Agents section, you can:

  • Create and configure new agents

  • Connect your data sources and retrain them when needed

  • Test your agent’s performance in the Playground

  • Deploy your agent to your website, e-commerce store, or messaging app

  • Review chat logs and usage to continuously improve accuracy and engagement

This section is essential for both creators and developers who want to fine-tune how their AI behaves and communicates.

For detailed guidance, see AI Agents.

3. Users

The Users screen (shown only to Admins and Owners) allows for the management of organization’s members and their permissions.

CrafterQ supports three roles — Member, Admin, and Owner — giving you flexibility to control who can create agents, manage sources, or adjust system settings.

Use the Users section to:

  • Invite new team members

  • Assign or change user roles

  • Remove users who no longer require access

  • Maintain organizational security and governance

For more details, see Users.

Putting It All Together

Together, these areas — Dashboard, Agents, and Users — make up the operational core of CrafterQ.

The Dashboard keeps you informed, the Agents workspace powers your conversational experiences, and the Users screen ensures your team works securely and collaboratively.

By mastering these tools, you can:

  • Monitor performance and usage in real time

  • Create high-quality AI agents tailored to your goals

  • Manage access and permissions across your organization

This section will show you how to do all of that — step by step.
