Need help with CrafterQ? The Support screen allows you to submit a request directly to the CrafterQ Customer Success team for assistance with your account, agents, or platform usage.
Whether you need help troubleshooting AI agent behavior, resolving an issue, updating your account or billing information, simply complete the support request form. Providing clear details helps our team respond faster and more effectively.
Please include the following information:
Subject: A short summary of the issue or request.
Agent: Select the agent you need help with. This field includes a dropdown list of agents available to your account.
Description: A detailed explanation of the issue or request. Include relevant steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, error messages, and any recent changes that may help us investigate.
After submission, the CrafterQ support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
