Subscription

The Subscription section provides an overview of your account’s billing information, plan, and invoices. It serves as your control center for managing your plan and payment methods.

This section is pertinent only for account owners and administrators.

Billing Overview

The Billing section is divided into the following sections:

  1. Billing Details — shows your account’s billing information such as email and address.

  2. Plan — shows you the current plan you’re subscribed to.

  3. Payment Methods — shows your account’s default payment method and other available payment methods.

  4. Billing History — shows your account’s invoices.

This page allows you to view your transactions and manage your payment methods.

1. Billing Details

  • Organization Name: Your organization’s name. The Update button allows you to update the organization name for your account.

  • Billing Email: Email address to receive billing messages/invoices.

  • Billing Address: Address associated with your account’s default payment method. The Update button allows you to update the billing address for your account’s default payment method.

2. Plan

The current plan you’re subscribed to and the included features. The Manage button takes you to the Plans screen where you can upgrade the plan you are currently subscribed to or pick some add-ons.

3. Payment Methods

Displays a list of payment methods available for your subscription with the following information:

  • Brand: payment method brand, e.g. Visa, Mastercard

  • Number: account number of payment method

  • Exp. Date: expiry date of payment method

Clicking on the three horizontal dots to the right of a payment method allows you to set it as the default for paying invoices, or delete the payment method.

The Add button allows you to add payment methods to your account.

4. Billing History

Allows you to view all past purchases/invoices on your account and their status. It displays the following information:

  • Invoice Number: Number used for keeping track of transactions

  • Created: The date the invoice was created

  • Amount: The payment amount

  • Status: The status of the invoice

Plans Overview

The Plans screen shows you your current plan and all available plans and add-ons. This screen is divided into the following sections:

  1. Your current plan - displays the current plan you are subscribed to

  2. Monthly/Annual plans - shows all available plans with the feature list and pricing either monthly or annual

  3. Add-ons - shows additional resources/features you can add to your current subscription plan

1. Your current plan

This section displays the current plan you are subscribed to and the features available in your plan, such as the number of users, the number of agents, storage size, etc.

Clicking on Cancel in the current plan you are subscribed to disables auto-renewal. Your current subscription and any add-ons will remain active until the next billing cycle and will not renew.

2. Monthly/Annual plans

This section shows you all available plans for subscription/upgrade with the features list and pricing. Click on Monthly or Annually at the top of the screen to see the monthly or annual price of a plan. Note that by subscribing annually, you get a discount on the subscription price.

Here are the available plans:

  • Solo

  • Team

  • Business

  • Enterprise

When you upgrade, your plan changes to the new plan right away. You’ll only pay the prorated difference, and you’ll be credited for any unused time on your current plan.

3. Add-ons

The Add-ons section displays all available features that you can add to your current paid plan.

  • Extra Credits You can add extra credits, say if your account usage is starting to reach the ceiling

  • Extra Agents You can add extra agents to help with managing your site/application

  • Extra Users You can add extra users for managing your agents/account

  • Extra Storage You can add extra storage for your agent sources

  • Remove Powered by CrafterQ You can remove the CrafterQ branding for a customized look on your site/application

When buying add-ons, you will be immediately charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the billing cycle of your paid plan. Your subscription will then renew monthly at the selected quantity.

You can also cancel an add-on by clicking on Cancel. This disables auto-renewal for the add-on. Your current add-on will remain active until the next billing cycle and will not renew.
