Dashboard

The CrafterQ Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your account’s activity, usage, and performance. It serves as your control center for tracking AI agent operations, monitoring plan limits, and visualizing user engagement across your deployed agents.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  1. Plan Usage — shows your account’s current consumption and limits.

  2. Chat Activity — visualizes user engagement, geographic distribution, and message performance.

Together, these metrics give you a snapshot of your CrafterQ environment’s health and utilization.

1. Plan Usage

This section helps you monitor how your CrafterQ account is performing against your subscription plan limits.

It includes counts, percentages, and visual indicators so you can see at a glance how close you are to each limit.

Metric

Description

Agent Count

The number of AI agents you’ve created.
Example: 3 (60% of your 5 agents) indicates you have 3 out of 5 agents activated.

User Count

The number of users (team members) with access to your workspace.
Example: 7 (35% of 20 users) means you have 13 available seats remaining.

Credits Used

Total credits consumed for AI operations such as chat responses, training, and retrieval.
Example: 65 used (6.5% of 1000 credits).

Source Count

The number of data sources connected (websites, files, text, or Q&A entries).
Example: 47 (4.7% of 1000 sources).

Link Count

The total number of web links CrafterQ has crawled from your connected websites.
Example: 1686 (16.9% of 10000 links).

Storage Used

The total disk space used for uploaded content and sources.
Example: 25.2 MB (4.9% of 512 MB).

Each metric shows both the raw value and a percentage relative to your plan’s limits. If any metric reaches 100%, it indicates you’ve reached your current plan’s allowance and may need to upgrade your plan or remove unused items.

2. Chat Activity

The Chat Activity section provides insight into how users are engaging with your deployed agents in real-world scenarios.

Agents Used

Shows how many agents have been active within the selected timeframe. Example: 4 (100% of your 4 active agents) indicates that all of your active agents have handled user conversations recently (including your test messages in the Playground).

Chats

Displays the total number of chat sessions across all your agents. Example: 1,324 chats across 12 countries gives you both volume and geographic reach.

Messages

Shows the total number of messages (i.e., individual queries and responses) exchanged between users and your agents. Example: 5,109 messages from 4 agents summarizes the cumulative conversational volume.

Feedback Metrics

Tracks user satisfaction for all messages:

  • Thumbs Up: Positive feedback received.

  • Thumbs Down: Negative feedback received. In this example, both metrics show 0, meaning no explicit feedback has been submitted yet.

Pro Tip

Encourage users to rate agent responses to improve your quality insights. These metrics feed directly into Chat Logs for deeper analysis.

3. Chats Started (Graph)

A line graph visualization displays the number of chats started over time for the selected date range.

Use this chart to:

  • Identify engagement trends

  • Measure the impact of marketing campaigns or site changes

  • Monitor daily or weekly fluctuations in user interaction

You can adjust the timeframe (e.g., custom date range) to zoom in on specific activity periods.

4. Chats by Country (Map View)

A global map visualization shows the distribution of chats by geographic region.

Each country is shaded or marked based on chat volume — darker regions represent higher engagement.

Hover over any highlighted country to view:

  • Number of chats in a country

This helps you understand where your users are interacting with your agents the most and can inform language settings, localization, and marketing strategies.

Example: You might see most of your chats coming from the U.S. and from Canada — indicating strong engagement across North America.

Dashboard Summary

The Dashboard gives you instant visibility into both usage and impact:

  • Use Plan Usage to manage limits and optimize resource allocation.

  • Use Chat Activity to measure real-world engagement and agent performance.

Monitoring these areas regularly helps ensure your CrafterQ environment stays optimized, scalable, and aligned with your goals.
